Cucumber and Tomato Salad

This easy-to-make salad combined with cucumber and tomato is great for lunch and dinner that can be paired with your favorite dressing

 


 

PREP TIME: 10 Mins

SERVES: 4


INGREDIENTS


1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved


1 cucumber (sliced)


1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil


½ teaspoon dried oregano (for sprinkling)


1 tsp parsley



INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place all salad ingredients in a big bowl.

  2. Pour over Dressing (optional).

  3. Shake it UP :)

  4. Transfer to a serving bowl and enjoy!
